Virginia State Schools Parents & Citizens’ (P&C) Association is a group of people who are just like you – parents, past parents, grandparents, caregivers and teachers who want to help our school.  The P&C works very closely with our school to provide:

  • Feedback on school policies and activities;
  • Additional resources to be used to enhance student learning;
  • Greater educational experiences; and,
  • Parents with the opportunity to be involved in their child’s education.

We know that today’s families are very busy and, for some families parents are working, but being involved in our P&C doesn’t mean you would be taking on a full time job. For more information, you can contact our president via email at pandcpresident@virginiass.eq.edu.au

Our P&C welcomes the skills and abilities that you are able to share, within the time you are comfortably able to provide, and there are many opportunities to get involved both within and outside school hours.

You are cordially invited to attend all meetings which are held at 6:30 pm in week 3 and 8 of each term in the computer lab. If you aren’t able to attend a meeting we welcome your offer to lend a hand throughout the year to one of the many activities we provide.
